Maribel Romero, Editor-in-Chief
Maribel is in her fourth year at Bishop O’Dowd High School and in her second year on the Journalism team. Prior to O’Dowd, she went to St. Leander School for both elementary and middle school. She was born in Berkeley and grew up in San Leandro for the majority of her life, where she learned how important being in a diverse environment truly is. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, and binge-watching series on Netflix. She is also a member of the Dragon Ambassador team, Latinos Unidos, and the rugby team. In the future, she hopes to major in nursing.
