Jess Brown is a three-sport sport athlete who likes to be busy he does football, track, and basketball he is a sophomore at Bishop O’Dowd and is a varsity track high jumper and is on varsity for football as well Jess was born and raised in Oakland where he went to a small middle/elementary school called northern lights.
